John Salekarios has spent 15 years managing pest teams in public and privately owned companies. Each operation had different areas for which could be improved upon. In publicly owned companies, the service offerings are sufficient to solve most pest and termite problems, however, their one-size-fits-all approach does not fit the needs of the individual customer and falls short on personalized customer service. Private companies often provide personalized customer service, but the service offerings are often subpar, and the technician response times are not rapid. ProTex does both exceptionally well with less than 24 hour response times and tailor made solutions to your pest and termite problems.

Not always!! Our inspectors will perform a complete wood destroying organism inspection and make the recommendations which are best suited to your property.
Protex offers a one year guarantee with all of our full home termite and rodent exclusion services which can both be extended annually as long as you own your home or business. In cases where we do not treat the entire home, we still guarantee the areas we work on for one year.
Customers who take advantage of our monthly, bimonthly or quarterly service programs can get unlimited treatments in between their regular services if they are experiencing pest problems after the first treatment. We do offer a 30-day guarantee on our one-time service visit from the date of the original treatment, however after 30 days
